Program Highlights:

Back by Popular Demand!  This is the annual Ethics and Professionalism Program that brings you interactive CLE legal theater. Learn from a distinguished panel of experts in an entertaining format.  A carefully crafted series of interactive vignettes will address ethical and professional dilemmas that you are bound to face in your day-to-day practice.

New this year are scenarios centered around email communications!
The program is the culmination of several years of creative work undertaken on your behalf by the Peer Professionalism  Assistance Group (PPAG). The program inspires debate and thought-provoking discussion to help you successfully navigate tough situations.

Program Description:

This presentation begins with a brief introduction and history of professionalism in the legal profession, followed by scenarios that focus on the impact of technology on the ethical and professional practice of law. The most common and most difficult problem areas are covered, including the interaction in email communications between lawyers, clients and opposing counsel. Faculty members demonstrate how professionalism and ethics are distinct concepts and also where they are inextricably intertwined.
