Program Description

Practicing in the employment law area is a rewarding career choice for many attorneys.  It can also be a high-stress, contentious area of practice that can lead to attorney disciplinary proceedings.

Recognizing the most common factual and legal situations that will lead an employment law attorney into a disciplinary situation, and then avoiding getting into those situations in the first place, is the best way to enjoy a more satisfying career!

This program includes veteran employment law attorneys from both the plaintiff and defense sides of the bar.  The faculty also includes an attorney speaker from the Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel who has many years of experience in employment law matters both with the OARC and as an attorney in private practice.  These experienced members of the faculty will show you the real-life problems that can get an employment law attorney into legal ethics trouble and how to head-off those problems before they get out of control.

Get a jump start on your ethics credits for the year while gaining important knowledge and skills to enjoy more peace of mind in your practice.
