Practicing Before the Veteran's Administration: Advanced Issues
Program Description:
In order for attorneys to represent veterans with claims for benefits before the Veterans' Administration, attorneys must be accredited. The morning session (click here for more information) of this program meets the VA's attorney accreditation requirements.
If you are not accredited at the time of the seminar, submit Form 21a to the US Department of Veterans Affairs and receive notification that they have received the form prior to the Seminar. (Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.)
The afternoon session is a discussion of more advanced concepts when practicing before the VA. Presented by top experts, this program offers legal, administrative, and practical guidance on how you can build your practice to represent veterans before the Veterans Administration.
Topics:
How the Claims Process Works; Types of Claims; Future Exams
