Post-Conviction Relief Pursuant to Colo. R. Crim. P. 35(c) Out of Stock
Supported by the Criminal Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association
The spring program provides an overview of key legal procedures in post-conviction practice. Participants will learn how to draft and supplement petitions to secure a hearing and explore strategies for effectively presenting their case. Experts from both the prosecution and defense will share insights on navigating hearings, followed by a session on common appellate pitfalls in Rule 35(c) motions. The program concludes with guidance from a Colorado Court of Appeals judge on avoiding critical errors in appeals.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
