Join us for a review of recent changes and hot topics impacting your nonprofit clients. Along with our annual tax update, we’ll discuss how to help a nonprofit Whether you specialize in representing tax exempt and nonprofit organizations, serve on the board of a nonprofit, or advise clients seeking to create charitable trusts, the 32nd Annual Institute on Advising Nonprofit Organizations is for you. Prepare for 2024 with a look into how nonprofits can be active in an election season; learn the latest best practices for running a nonprofit board; explore tax exemptions for nonprofits; and learn how the Supreme Court’s recent decision on affirmative action programs might affect your organization. Earn 5 general CLE credits, and leave ready to implement best practices at the organizations you serve.
 
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information to registrants 24-48 hours before the program.
 
Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.

To access the PDF:

1. Log in to the CLE Dashboard.

2. Scroll down until you see DASHBOARD-AT-A-GLANCE.

3. Click on the BOOKS tab and find the title.

4. Click on the book icon labeled Download. The product will download as a zip file.

How to open the Zip file:

1. Save the downloaded .zip file to your hard drive

2. Right click on the file and select Extract All – this will open an extraction wizard.

3. Click Next and then select the location to extract the files to on your computer.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Next to begin the extraction process.

6. Click Finish when complete.

7. You will now have a folder on your hard drive containing a PDF version of your book and, if applicable, a folder with Word and PDF versions of the accompanying forms
