Paul Koenig is an attorney and entrepreneur who co-founded SRS | Shareholder Representative Services. Paul manages operations and oversees a senior-level team of attorneys, financial professionals, and operations and systems experts.  Before forming SRS, Paul specialized in representing both public and venture-backed companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity financings, company formations, and securities issuance and compliance. Paul also represented many venture capital investors in connection with private equity financings and other transactions. Paul was one of the founding partners of Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a very strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital finance. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP. Paul graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa.
 
Chris Letang is responsible for overseeing the post-closing process for SRS clients. His duties include management of indemnification claims, purchase price adjustments, earn-outs and disputes, and assisting in the timely release of any post-closing consideration to the shareholders. Prior to joining SRS, Chris was an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City, and Cooley LLP in Broomfield, Colorado. In those positions, he represented clients in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including securities offerings, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. in political science and economics from Rice University.
