Meet Your Presenters:
 
Kassendra Galindo, Esq., is a senior associate in Cooley LLP’s Colorado office. Kassendra’s practice focuses on representing private companies, public companies, strategic acquirers and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, corporate governance and related matters. In addition to her focus on mergers and acquisitions, Kassendra has also represented public companies and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions and advised public companies on securities law disclosure and compliance. Kassendra has deep experience across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, and retail. Kassendra is a member of the board of directors and executive committee of the Colorado Technology Association and also serves on the Advisory Council for the Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Denver Business School.
 
Kevin Tsai, Esq., is an associate in Cooley LLP’s Colorado office. Kevin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and general corporate counseling for life sciences and technology companies. He has represented strategic and financial clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A deals as well as issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions. His clients have ranged from budding startups to established multi-billion dollar corporations.
