This program's instructors include Mr. Robert Mintz and Mr. Hendrik F. Jordaan.  Mr. Mintz is a partner with the law firm of Hogan Lovells US, LLP.  Mr. Mintz has extensive experience advising clients on private equity and merger and acquisition issues.  In addition, he has an extensive background as a tax lawyer and brings that experience to his clients and to the attendees of the program.
 
Mr. Jordaan is a partner with the law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP.  Mr. Jordaan is the chair of HRO's Corporate Group.  Like Mr. Mintz, he has extensive experience advising clients on the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions, routinely structuring, negotiating, and documenting M&A deals for clients in a wide variety of industries.  Like Mr. Mintz, Mr. Jordaan will provide the attendees of the program with the benefit of his experience and skill in M&A deals.
