Chuck Calvin represents clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate and project finance. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property law, including conventional and leveraged leasing of both real and personal property, construction and long-term mortgage financing, sales and acquisitions, and real estate development. Reflecting the vagaries of commercial real estate markets, his practice at other times has emphasized the restructuring of loans on distressed real estate, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, apartments and development properties, as well as foreclosures and receiverships where voluntary restructuring proved impossible. Throughout his career, he has continued to represent clients engaged in a variety of non-real estate commercial and financing transactions.
