Hear from Jeff Galgano, Chief Financial Officer of Sentinel Technologies, Inc., a Dallas-based manufacturer of cash management solutions equipment, as he describes life after the deal. Jeff was part of the management team that led the buyout of Sentinel by Vector Capital in November 2011. He provides his insights on the transaction and life after the transaction from different perspectives, as he was previously an investment banker, then a member of the management team that led the buyout of Sentinel from a public company in 2006, worked as the company's CFO and then led the management team in connection with the sale transaction. He continues as the CFO of Sentinel post-closing and works closely with Vector Capital with respect to their investment in the company. Jeff brings a unique perspective and insights on life after the deal.
