Jeffrey Brinen is a shareholder in the law firm of Kutner Miller Brinen, PC in Denver, and has been actively involved in the practice of bankruptcy law since 1988, including debtor/creditor relationships, workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency issues. Jeff represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals with respect to Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 7 liquidations. Jeff has successfully guided many businesses and individuals through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process to plan confirmation. He earned his JD from George Washington University, and has been designated a Colorado Super Lawyer in Bankruptcy.
