Michael Crawford has over 20 years of investment banking and operating experience. During his investment banking career, Michael has executed mergers and acquisitions and raised equity and debt capital through both private placements and public offerings. Michael has worked with companies in a range of industries, including telecommunications, software, alternative energy, consumer products and manufacturing. Noteworthy clients include Bolo Systems, Narus, Summit Doppler, Switch Communications, and WVT Communications. Prior to joining Q Advisors, Michael spent five years with Level 3 Communications.
 
Andy Livadariu joined Green Manning & Bunch (GMB) in 2010 and is focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction execution. Mr. Livadariu has more than 11 years of financial services experience, including more than nine years of investment banking experience, specializing in M&A. He has completed more than $5 billion in M&A transactions, representing public and private companies both on the buy-side and sell-side, as well as numerous debt and equity financings. Prior to joining GMB, Mr. Livadariu was with a Denver-based M&A advisory firm.
 
Richard Millett joined W.G. Nielsen & Co. in 2010 and has over 22 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and in private and public company financings. Many of his transactions have been in connection buildups of platform companies. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Office Source, Inc., where he acquired five regional companies to form a national office furniture wholesale company of $125 million in revenues. Preceding Office Source, Inc., Mr. Millett served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Development of Corporate Express, Inc., where he was responsible for approximately 185 acquisitions completed in six years. He also practiced law at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities and finance, and general corporate law.
 
Jon Pardew is a Managing Director at St. Charles Capital. He specializes in financial and strategic advisory services for healthcare companies. He has over ten years of investment banking experience, including merger and acquisition services and private financings of equity and debt. Previously, Mr. Pardew was a Vice President at The Wallach Company /KeyBanc Capital Markets. Jon joined The Wallach Company/McDonald Investments after earning his MBA from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Business. Before graduate school, Mr. Pardew held several leadership positions in both business and the United States Army.
 
Chris Younger has more than 20 years of experience in executive management, marketing, sales, transactions, and law. Before helping create Capital Value Advisors, Chris helped found and was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Expanets, the nation's largest and leading provider of converged communications solutions. During his tenure with Expanets, Chris also led the acquisition of 27 different businesses, totaling over $400 million in transaction value. He was instrumental in helping Expanets complete a significant turnaround during a turbulent time in the communications industry, leading to its acquisition by Avaya in late 2003.
