This is a type of pre-litigation notice used by landlords to notify tenants that the term of their lease is about to end and it is time to move. With this type of notice, the Tenant has not done anything wrong, the landlord is simply ending the tenants occupancy of the premises. The back of this form lists the Colorado Statutes that should be followed regarding the time allotted to vacate.
