Dr. Chris Goemanns, Professor of Economics - Agriculture, Colorado State University will address the economic side of the drought impacts including the economic impacts on farming, ranching, consumers, and water usage.

John Singletary - Commission Member Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife will speak on the current state of conservation easements and their continued viability as a cash generating measure as well as for resource preservation.
