Diane B. Davies, Esq., has practiced real estate law in Colorado for over 35 years. Her experience includes both transactions and dispute resolution/litigation in the areas of real estate titles and title insurance coverage. Diane was a partner in the Denver office of Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP from 1993 to 2017, and previously served as head of the firm’s global real estate group. She is Co-Chair of the Title Standards Committee of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, a past-Chair of the Real Estate Section, and a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. She has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal as being among the Top Women in Energy and an Outstanding Woman in Business (Legal). Diane received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois.
