Tom Macdonald is a shareholder and director of Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC, where he specializes in real estate and land use. He has substantial experience in all types of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis in commercial property acquisitions, real estate lending, and also in foreclosures, workouts, and bankruptcies involving real estate loans. He represents public and private sector clients in complex litigation involving land use and governmental regulation. He is a frequent lecturer at land use and real estate seminars. He received his law degree and his B.A. from the University of Colorado. He authored the chapter on Colorado law for the book Development Impact Fees in the Rocky Mountain Region, Second Edition, published by the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute. Mr. Macdonald was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers USA recently ranked him as one of the top land use lawyers in Colorado.
