Paul D. Feld has practiced law in Colorado since 1981. His practice concentrates on defense of workers' compensation cases and on third-party subrogation matters. He heads the firm's third-party subrogation team. He spent eight years as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney, specializing in workers' compensation medical malpractice, product liability and automobile matters. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts and has handled many jury trials. Mr. Feld has been with Ritsema & Lyon since it's inception in 1993 and is a shareholder. He is strongly committed to client service, and is highly results-oriented. Mr. Feld represents insurance carriers, self-insured companies, and several third-party administrators. Mr. Feld sets realistic goals and moves cases along efficiently. He takes a proactive stance toward final resolution from the outset of opening a new file and his approach to litigation is efficient and focused. Prior to joining Ritsema & Lyon, Mr. Feld was a partner with the law firm of Hall & Evans. He is a 1981 graduate of the University of Denver and a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Association s. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 1978 where he graduated phi beta kappa. He has received the AV designation by Martindale-Hubbell.
