Jeremy M. Bernstein, Esq., was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Stanford University with Honors, Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa in 1976. Mr. Bernstein received his law degree from Boston University in 1979. After clerking for the Colorado Court of Appeals from 1979 to 1980, Mr. Bernstein worked for major law firms in Denver before moving to Aspen in 1984. He has been married for 30 years and has one son who was born and raised in Aspen. Jeremy Bernstein has practiced law for over 35 years and is a member of the Colorado Family Law and Litigation Section Bar Associations (Vice President 2005-2006), the Pitkin County Bar Association (President 2003-2005), Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation, the Charitable Arm of the Colorado Bar Association, and has received numerous Pro Bono Awards. He has been licensed to practice in both the Colorado courts and U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado since 1979.
