Jeffrey A. Goldstein

Honorable Jeffrey Goldstein is Chief Prehearing Administrative Law Judge for the Division of Workers' Compensation, Department of Labor & Employment, State of Colorado, conducting prehearing and settlement conferences in workers' compensation cases. He has been involved in workers' compensation law since 1973, first as a practicing attorney representing Claimants in complex workers' compensation cases until his appointment to the position of administrative law judge in December, 2009. He was appointed Chief Judge in 2014. He frequently lectures on workers' compensation law and procedure.
