David L. Masters

David Masters
David L. Masters, Esq., has been practicing law in Colorado for more than 25 years. He is a Past President of the Colorado Bar Association, and the author of The Lawyer's Guide to Adobe Acrobat (published by the American Bar Association). He has also published many articles and contributed to several other books, and is considered a pioneer in the paperless office and the use of information technology in the practice of law. David has the privilege of representing clients for more than twenty-five years in Colorado. While much has changed in the practice of law during this time, including significant advancements in technology, one aspect remains the same - the gratitude and responsibility that arise each time a client chooses to entrust his firm with a legal matter or to rely upon his firm for legal counsel. David takes this responsibility seriously. In litigation matters, he is mindful that the goals to be pursued are always those of the client. As a lawyer, his job is to provide considered legal advice when requested, to develop comprehensive strategies in litigation and transaction work, and provide counsel to his clients concerning how best to achieve their objectives. David welcomes the opportunity to meet with new clients and to learn about the businesses in his community.
