Joel D. Russman, Esq., has been a practicing attorney in Denver since 1980, specializing in closely-held businesses, real estate law and, since 2009, marijuana law. He has written and lectured about a variety of topics in these areas. Recently Joel has become involved in arranging for the purchase and leasing of marijuana-related real estate as an investment vehicle, arranging loans for marijuana businesses, and the buying and selling of marijuana businesses as a business broker with the long-established and well-regarded firm Front Range Business, Inc.
