Kevin J. Kuhn, Esq., is a partner at the national civil litigation boutique Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell. He has taken more than 135 trials to verdict in the areas of professional liability, product liability, general torts, and commercial litigation. Kevin is an elected Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Colorado Super Lawyers. He is also a veteran, having served as a United States Air Force Judge Advocate General, retiring from the Air Force Reserves with the rank of Colonel. Kevin regularly presents on topics involving litigation and trial strategy and tactics and professional liability defense. Kevin received both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
