Cathy Havener Greer, Esq., is a member of Wells, Anderson & Race, LLC. She has practiced law since 1976. Her practice includes the defense of corporations, public entities, and officials in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies. A substantial portion of her practice also involves advising businesses and conducting training on employment-related issues. She is a frequent speaker in Colorado and nationally on employment and civil rights issues. Ms. Greer is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), was the Dean of the 2010 Corporate Counsel College of the IADC, and served as faculty member at the 1998 Defense Counsel Trial Academy. She served as chair of the Governmental Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute from 1999 to 2001. From 2006 to 2009 she was the co-chair of the Pipeline Working Group of the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Legal Inclusiveness. She was an invited lecturer at the 2003 Strategic Leadership Programme, Templeton College, Oxford University. Ms. Greer is a member of the Board of Trustees of Randolph College.
