Martha E. Rudolph
RetiredMartha E. Rudolph is currently the Director of Environmental Programs for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Ms. Rudolph has been with the department since 2007, and was appointed to serve as the executive director of the department by former Governor Bill Ritter in December 2009.
As the Director of Environmental Programs, Ms. Rudolph provides oversight to the Air Quality, Environmental Health and Sustainability, Hazardous Materials and Waste Management, and Water Quality Divisions.
Ms. Rudolph is an environmental attorney, and served for 14 years in the Colorado Attorney General's Office. She has been in private practice in Denver, and was an assistant general counsel for Kinder Morgan Inc., a natural gas and energy transportation company.
