Wesley B. Howard, Esq., is the President of Howard Law Firm. P. C., in Denver, Colorado. In 1969 Wes received a bachelor of arts degree in Political Economy  from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. In 1979 he received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Wes Howard has practiced law continuously since 1982. He represents clients primarily in business and commercial litigation, arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution. Since 1980 he has been admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jean S. Breitenstein, Senior Judge on the United States Court of Appeals from 1980 to 1982.He has previously been admitted to practice by the Supreme Courts of  New Mexico and in Nebraska. Continually since 2013 Wes has taught comparative law courses at the Universidad Panamericana's law school in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He has lectured on U. S. Business law to the law faculty of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Spain. He has also testified in state district court, as an expert witness on the issue of the reasonableness of attorneys' fees. Wes has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Bar Association and is a member of the Colorado Bar Foundation. For each of the past ten years he has been selected for inclusion in the list of Colorado Super Lawyers for Business Litigation.
