Julian Izbiky, Esq., moved to Denver in 1980 after receiving degrees from Brandeis University and the University of Michigan Law School. He spent the first eight years of his legal career in downtown Denver firms doing primarily commercial litigation. In 1988 Julian decided to pivot and hung out a shingle to become a small business lawyer, which he has done ever since. In 2021 he left his small firm and joined Fortis Law Partners. Julian's practice is almost entirely transactional, and he typically closes at least 30 deals a year in the small to lower middle market space. He has been recognized as both an AV Preeminent Lawyer and a Best Lawyer.
