Alan . Epstein
Alan Epstein is a member of the Denver law firm of Hall & Evans, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in appellate litigation. Mr. Epstein received his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He was a co-founder and the first chairman of the Appellate Practice Subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Epstein has been a contributing co-author of the Colorado Appellate Handbook since 1984. Mr. Epstein has handled hundreds of appeals, resulting in over 200 published decisions, including University of Denver v. Whitlock, 744 P.2d 54 (Colo. 1987); Board of County Comm'rs v. Moreland, 764 P.2d 812 (Colo. 1988); and Martin v. Union Pacific R.R., 209 P.3d 185 (Colo. 2009).
