Edwin A. Naylor
Ed Naylor has a broad range of experience in business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, licensing, business formation and planning, and financing. Ed works with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, hi-tech and services. He is a graduate of University of Colorado School of Law, and was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Alfred A. Arraj, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Ed is a member of the Colorado Bar's Business Law Section Executive Council and is Editor of the Section's monthly newsletter.
