Michael L. O'Donnell, Esq. is the chairman of Denver-based Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell, a 62-lawyer civil litigation firm that handles trials, appeals, class actions, and multi-district litigation on a local, regional, and national basis. Mike's national practice focuses on complex civil litigation involving professional liability, product liability, torts, class actions, and commercial matters. He has appeared in state and federal courts in 25 states and has served as national or regional counsel for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Currently, he is national trial counsel for Advanced Bionics, Boston Scientific, and CNA Insurance and national resolution counsel for GE Healthcare. Mike is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is the immediate past-chair of ACTL's Colorado chapter and a former chair of The Network of Trial Law Firms. Mike is listed in Chambers USA and in Best Lawyers in five litigation practice areas. He has appeared on the Colorado Super Lawyers list since its inception in 2006, including being voted to its top-ten list multiple times.
