Honorable S. Gregg Stanway is a Water Referee in Division 4. He is a graduate of University of Nebraska and University of Nebraska College of Law. He practiced law in the Hotchkiss, CO  from 1979 to 2010.  Judge Stanway became the Water Referee in 2008.
