William H. Frey

William H. Frey, Esq., is a partner of Dufford, Waldeck, Milburn & Krohn, LLP, of Grand Junction, Colorado. Bill received his undergraduate degree from Nyack College, Nyack, NY, and his law degree from Rutgers-Camden University Law School. Bill has practiced with the firm since 1979. Bill’s practice emphasizes tax issues in real estate, probate, and estate planning. Bill is a past chair of the Taxation Section of the Colorado Bar Association and past chair for the Western Colorado Estate Planning Council. Bill currently is a member of the Foundation Board for HopeWest and is chair of their Planned Giving Council. Bill has authored numerous articles for the Colorado Lawyer, and has spoken at CLE programs throughout the state.
