Richard M. Foster, Jr., Esq., is a partner in the law firm of Hoffman Crews Nies Waggener & Foster, having joined the firm as a partner in April, 1985, when it was known as Cockrell, Quinn & Creighton. For over twenty years, his practice primarily involved litigation, including the trial of numerous cases in state and federal court, but he now focuses mainly on transactional work, real estate, estate planning and probate. He serves as legal counsel to a number of front range irrigation ditch companies. Rick is a graduate of Williams College and The University of Virginia School of Law.
