Honorable Magistrate Rebecca Koppes Conway has served on the bench as a district court magistrate since 2002. She has presided in juvenile delinquency, truancy, family court, domestic relations, civil and criminal courts.  Her docket presently consists of ½ the dependency and neglect case load and ½ the domestic relations docket in the 19th Judicial District beginning October, 2011. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University Of Colorado School Of Law.  Before moving to Greeley, she served as a prosecutor for the federal government with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Adams County District Attorney and was in private practice for 22 years. Active in her community, she presently serves on several boards and commissions associated with her docket including the boards of the Juvenile Services Planning Committee,  Domestic Violence Coalition,  and the Truancy Reduction Task Force.  Presently, she also serves on the Weld County United Way board and is a member of Greeley Redeye Rotary.
