Paul D. Phillips
Paul D. Phillips, Esq. has practiced environmental law and litigation in the Denver office of Holland & Hart for more than 30 years. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA and Colorado Superlawyers as a leading environmental practitioner. In 2004, the Colorado Bar voted Mr. Phillips the top Natural Resources/Environmental lawyer in Denver, and recently he was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Environmental Lawyers. Mr. Phillips has served as Chair of Holland & Hart's Natural Resources Department and Chair of the law firm, which has more than 400 lawyers in 14 offices throughout the Rocky Mountain States and Washington DC.
