13th Judicial District
Honorable Michael K. Singer was appointed to the bench on July 29, 2003. Previous to his appointment, he had served as municipal judge, and also was a partner in a busy private practice in Sterling, Colorado, handling a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. A Denver native, Judge Singer has lived in Sterling since 1980. Together with the three other judges of the District, Judge Singer now hears civil, criminal, juvenile, domestic, and probate matters in all seven counties of the Thirteenth.
