Patricia Ayd has been assisting parties in resolving disputes for the past 45 years. First as a litigation attorney and since 2014 as a mediator. Ms. Ayd's mediation experience includes disputes involving business dissolution, probate, real estate, contracts, insurance, personal injury, landlord and tenants, and domestic relations. Ms. Ayd is committed to helping parties who are serious about exploring resolutions for their mutual benefit. In addition to her private mediation practice, Ms. Ayd serves as co-executive director of Court Mediation ServicesSM overseeing the CMS mediation program and providing mediator training and coaching. Ms. Ayd has presented continuing education programs involving a variety of mediation related topics Ms. Ayd graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1973 with a BA in sociology and child psychology and from the University of Denver Law School in 1978. She has completed further training in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She maintained an active litigation practice through 2014.
