J. Keith Killian is the managing shareholder of Killian, Jensen & Davis, P.C. in Grand Junction. Mr. Killian began his law practice as an associate for Russell & Warkentine in 1978. In 1979, he became a Judge Advocate Attorney for the U.S. Air Force, where he served until 1983, including two years in Turkey. Before returning to private practice, he served as a deputy public defender in Mesa County. Mr. Killian focuses his practice on plaintiffs’ claims, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, radiation exposure compensation, and employment discrimination. He received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 1978. He is licensed in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member in both the legal and the Grand Junction communities, currently serving as a board member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and for the Grand Junction Food Bank.
