Warren (Nate) Eckloff, Esq., is investment banker and Managing Director in the Public Finance Department of RBC Capital Markets (RBC)(formerly Dain Rauscher) in Denver. He has been at RBC since 2002. Prior to joining RBC, Nate was at Hanifen Imhoff/Stifel for 13 years. Over his 36 year career he has assisted with the issuance of hundreds of bond issues for state and local governments including counties, cities, school districts and special districts. His experience involves issuers in Colorado as well as Florida, Nebraska, Wyoming and Indiana. In Colorado, he has assisted in financing many Colorado special and metropolitan districts including residential, mixed use and commercial districts as well as water and wastewater enterprise districts, park and recreation districts, fire districts, etc. In the special district financing arena, one of his accomplishments was assisting a commercially oriented Colorado metropolitan district become the first "commercial" district in Colorado to obtain highly rated municipal bond insurance. Nate earned his Juris Doctorate as well as his MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. He is an associate member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and a Past President of the Colorado Municipal Bond Dealers Association.
