Theodore A. Olsen
Theodore Olsen, Esq., since 1978, Theodore A. Olsen has represented and counseled employers of all sizes, in assorted industries, in both the private and public sectors. He chairs the Labor & Employment Law Department at Sherman & Howard, L.L.C., from his office in Denver, Colorado. Ted is a Fellow in The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, having been inducted in 2006. He was designated by Human Resources Executive in March 2008 as one of the nation's Top 50 employment attorneys, and has been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" annually since 1991. Ted has also been selected as a Super Lawyer each year from 2007 to the present. Ted graduated first in his class at the University of Colorado School of Law, where he later taught employment discrimination law. He was Chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Labor Law Committee in 1986-87. He has testified before the Colorado legislature regarding bills on employment-related topics and has drafted legislation. He speaks at many continuing legal education programs throughout the country and is widely published.
