Leonard I. Frieling, Esq., is a criminal defense attorney, in practice in Boulder since 1976. He has chaired the CBA Criminal Law Executive Council twice, and was the chair of the Boulder Criminal Defense Bar for 8 years. He has taught statewide and nationally on various criminal law topics, including motions practice. Lenny has presented CLE classes for NORML in both Aspen and Key West. He is a life member of the CCDB and of NORML. He has had articles published in The Colorado Lawyer as well as in the Rap Sheet, and was the co-editor of criminal law articles for The Colorado Lawyer for five years. His practice ranges from minor traffic cases to the most serious felonies, with DUI defense being about 1/3 of his caseload.
