Carol A. Hildebrand
Carol Hildebrand is an attorney in the Business & Real Estate Department at Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in Denver, Colorado specializing in immigration and nationality law. While she is primarily involved in representing the firm's clients on immigration matters related to business and employment, Ms. Hildebrand also handles family immigration and deportation defense. Ms. Hildebrand is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Colorado and Denver bar associations, and the Colorado Women's Bar Association. She served as chair of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 1989 to 1990. From 1992 to 1994, she served a two-year term as a director of the International Business Association of the Rockies. Ms. Hildebrand served as chair of the Colorado Bar Association's International Law Committee from 1998 to 1999. For a number of years, she served on the Trade Policy and Advocacy Council of the Denver World Trade Center. Ms. Hildebrand speaks Spanish as a second language. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, in 1971 from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree in 1974 from the University of Texas at Austin.
