He is a Fellow of the American Bar Association, a member of the Board of Visitors of the Sustainable Energy Resources Law Institute of the University of Tulsa, and a former member of the Board of Advisors for Bloomberg Water Law & Policy Monitor. He is a frequent speaker and writer at conferences throughout the United States, Europe and South America.
