Herbert L. Stern III
Honorable Judge Herbert L. Stern, III, has been a Denver District Court Judge since June 1990. He is currently the Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations division. Early in his legal career, Judge Stern was a Public Defender and later ran his own law firm where he maintained an eclectic trial and business practice. Judge Stern graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Denver College of Law. Over the years, Judge Stern has participated in numerous CLE programs on a wide variety of topics. He is delighted to participate in the Annual Family Law Institute.
