David Stacy is a trial lawyer who has specialized in management labor and employment law and litigation for more than 30 years. He has conducted numerous jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and appeals, including those involving claims alleging race, disability, sex, age, and sexual orientation discrimination; sexual harassment; wrongful discharge; fraud; breach of non-competition agreements; and misappropriation of trade secrets. Mr. Stacy has defended employment-related and other lawsuits in federal and state courts in 19 states. He is a frequent lecturer on employment law and trial topics, serves as a mediator and arbitrator, and is a former co-chair of the CBA Labor and Employment Law Section.
