William L. Hunnicutt

William L. (Bill) Hunnicutt, Esq., practices law in Denver as a shareholder in Hunnicutt & Appelman, P.C., limiting his practice to domestic relations litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University, a Master of Arts in philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Yale Law School. Mr. Hunnicutt became a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 1988 and received his formal domestic relations arbitration training from the Academy in 1993. He became a Diplomate in the American College of Family Trial Lawyers in 2006. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America from 1987 to the present. Approximately 50 percent of Mr. Hunnicutt's practice is presently committed to serving as a domestic relations arbiter, Rule 53 special master and settlement conference master. He has lectured widely on those and many other domestic relations topics in Colorado for many years.
