Jeffrey J. Kahn works on water-related matters at Lyons Gaddis. He has been with that firm since 1985. The firm’s water lawyers represent a wide variety of clients, including mutual ditch companies, municipalities, water conservancy districts, water districts, and developers. Mr. Kahn represents clients in water court, in water-related transactions, and in water quality matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kahn was an assistant attorney general for the State of Colorado in the Water Rights Unit from 1980 to 1985. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.A., 1972) and the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D., 1975).
