James G. Benjamin, Esq., has been practicing real estate law in Colorado since 1977. He is a former Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, a past-President of the Denver Bar Association, a former member of the CBA Real Estate Section Executive Council for a dozen years, Chair of the CBA/DBA/CLE of Colorado Task Force (charged with securing the new offices for the affiliates), and member of the Board of Directors of the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
He has been rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell for the last 30 years, is Band-rated by Chambers & Partners in Colorado Real Estate, and has been amongst those included in the Colorado Super Lawyers list every year since its inception and listed in the Top 100 for 2013 through 2018. In 2015, Law Week Colorado named him the Barristers' Best Real Estate Lawyer, People's Choice, and in 2016 through 2018 as the Barristers' Best Real Estate Lawyer, Best in Show.
