Robert L. Brown, Esq., has practiced in the real estate area at Sherman & Howard, LLC since graduation from Cornell Law School in 1976. He specializes in landlord and lender representations, including an emphasis on commercial loan workouts and receiverships. Bob regularly teaches for CLE in Colorado, is a past chair of the Real Estate Section of the CBA, and is proud to be a member of that most collegial, helpful, and forgiving Section. Various organizations and publications have said nice things about him.
