Marc R. Brosseau
Marc R. Brosseau, Esq., is the directing manager at Brosseau Bartlett Lieberman LLC. Since joining Weller Friedrich, LLC in 1976, and now with Brosseau Bartlett Lieberman LLC, Mr. Brosseau has had a litigation practice national in scope specializing in the management and trial of cases for a variety of clients in product liability, casualty and commercial matters. He has tried cases for clients throughout the United States. He has served as regional and national counsel on litigation for automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers. He has also tried cases involving professional liability, environmental and toxic tort matters and for petroleum industry clients. Mr. Brosseau has written and presented extensively on topics related to his practice areas, lectured at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law and taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University Colorado School of Law.
