Constance B. Wood

Constance Beck Wood practiced in the areas of estate planning and probate, and represented several nonprofit organizations. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder and Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver. Ms. Wood is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and Georgia bar associations. She has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in Denver and a Colorado Super Lawyer. Ms. Wood has served the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association as chair, vice-chair, and secretary/treasurer; chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee; council member; and co-editor of the Council Notes for the Section. She has been a lecturer at numerous continuing legal education programs and has been chair of the continuing legal education programs for the Section. Ms. Wood is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
